About Amman Valley Harriers
Amman Valley Harriers was formed 25 years ago. Club Chairman Rob Fowler is the only founder member still active.
The committee consists of the following:-

Qualified Coaches - Level 2
Club Nights are:-
Monday & Wednesday - meet at Amman Valley School track 6pm - 7pm, juniors & ladies
Thursday - meet at Amman Valley swimming pool - 6.45pm, Mixed session.
The club participates in road races, cross country, track & field, and is affiliated to the Welsh Athletics
